Uh, yeah. So I haven't updated my journal since November. Haha. I'm so bad. But my lovely darling Catherine -- aka -- inspired me with her daily journal idea. Hah. But really, there's a lot to report. So it's a good thing.

First off, I'm siiick. I've got an infected milk duct. Yeah, pretty gross and embarassing. Hurts like a mother, but only requires antibiotics, a heating pad, and plenty of non-moving-around. Luckily I caught it quickly. And it also explains why I've been such a bitch lately.

On a lighter topic, I bought a three-month subscription to dA last month, on impulse. It's pretty cool. I've got the journal CSS thing going on, even though I'm too lazy to make it all fancy at the moment. I made the lovely heading, though. But it's also great when looking for stock, 'cause I can see 120 images on one page. I'm telling you, best feature by far.

In other news, I got accepted to Surreal Studios, which is pretty much the best studio on the scene. Or whatever. All the best personalisers work there, and it's been a goal of mine since I started maniping to be accepted as staff. The requests are just fantastic...SO inspiring and the characters are all really complex and fun to portray. Just a few of the images I've made at Surreal:


Finally, I'm trying to get started with commisions. Like with non-photomanipulations. I have very few examples, however, so I'm going to be accepting requests. Or rather, begging for requests. Just give me something to draw and I'll do it for free.
